Castledene Property Investments specialise in the sourcing and purchasing of investment property across the North East of England. We only source resale properties within a 10 mile radius of any of our branches, which makes managing the property much easier.
We also only source properties in areas that we personally know, and don’t use third parties to source them. We have also visited and inspected EVERY property we sell. You can rest assured if we offer it to you, we have been inside it.
If you are looking to minimise risk, maximise rental income and achieve good medium to long term capital growth our properties will fit with your strategy. We only source high yielding properties that produce great cash flow. Our strategy of sourcing this type of property comes from our experience as property investors ourselves.
Too many investors out there have dealt with sourcing or investment companies promising high capital growth. This is impossible to predict and many investors have since ceased trading due to this misplaced and poor strategy. At Castledene Property Investments we welcome investors to visit our head office in the North East. We can organise to have you collected from the airport, train station or if you prefer you can make your own travel arrangements. We want you to feel at ease and will work around you, without giving any “hard sell” which is not our aim
You can meet our directors and staff, get your questions answered personally, tour the areas where we source property and view properties currently under management. Most of our current investors live out of the area so please do not dismiss the possibility of investing with us if you live outside of the North East. Castledene Property Investments are members of the Ombudsman Scheme for Estate Agents so you can be assured of the following:
- OEA Scheme Members agree to abide by the OEA Code of Practice. This sets out a framework within which Members must operate and sets the standards of service they should provide.
The Code is mandatory and rigorously enforced. Compliance levels and consumer satisfaction are closely monitored. If things go wrong, and you have a dispute with a Member Agency, you can refer your complaint to the Ombudsman for resolution. The Ombudsman is completely independent of the Member Agencies, and will provide a free, fair and speedy review of complaints falling within his Terms of Reference.
Member agencies agree to co-operate with the Ombudsman and to abide by any decisions that the Ombudsman comes to. Any financial award that the Ombudsman makes in your favour is binding.
